Insurance and Freight)
We are responsible for the delivery of
goods to the requested destination port.
This includes export tax from Thailand
and handling fees until the shipment is
on board the ship, the ocean fee and the
cargo insurance.You are responsible for
the import customs clearance and other

| 3. How do we estimate
the delivery dates |

We estimate the
delivery dates based on the availability
of your items and the shipping options
you choose. The shipping rates are weight-based.
The weight of any such item can be found
on its detail page. To reflect the policies
of the shipping companies we use, all
weights will be rounded up to the next
full pound. |

Customs or import
duties may be levied on a package once
it reaches its destination country. Any
additional charges for customs clearance
must be borne by recipient. Unfortunately,
we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict what they may be. Customs
policies vary from country to country.
You should contact your local customs
office for further information as all
duties and taxes outside Thailand will
